Welcome to Year 3/4!
Our class is made up of 25 fantastic pupils, 20 Year 3's and 6 Year 4's. Mr Coupland is the class teacher, with Mrs Lobb supporting our class in the mornings and Miss Moore on Monday and Friday afternoons.
We are all:
- ambitious, capable learners
- enterprising, creative contributors
- ethical, informed citizens
- healthy, confident individuals.
Our topic for the Summer term is 'The World of Inspiration: Hidden Figures in STEM'.
We have 6 Areas of Learning and Experiences which we will cover throughout our topic. The children have brainstormed their ideas for our new topic and we are looking forward to focusing on the journey of a coin!
This term we will be looking at famous scientists, engineers and mathematicians who are not as recognised for their achievements as some of their peers. We will look at their contributions to Wales and the world and see where their investigations take them.
Please keep a look out on SeeSaw, Twitter and our class page for what we have been up to!
Here is our topic web for the Summer term
Every week we take part in lots of fun activities and lessons from all of the Areas of Learning and Experiences.
