Welcome to Year 1/2's class page where you will find important information and updates from the class.
Our class is made up of 29 wonderful pupils, 13 Year 1's and 16 Year 2's. Miss Holmes teaches the class with Mrs Morris supporting as well.
The class is covered by Miss Brideaux every Wednesday.

Croeso, Welcome to the Spring Term!
This term, our class is diving into the exciting topic of Towers, Tunnels, and Turrets! We’ll be exploring the fascinating world of castles, focusing on their history, features, and the people who lived and worked in them. From learning about Welsh castles like Raglan Castle to discovering the roles within a medieval castle, we’ll use stories, art, and hands-on activities to bring the past to life. Get ready for an adventure into the world of knights, kings, and queens!

Autumn Term 2024
Our topic for the Autumn term is 'Sparkle and Shine'.
We have 6 Areas of Learning and Experiences which we will cover throughout our topic. The children have brainstormed their ideas for our new topic and we are looking forward to the term ahead! Keep a look out on SeeSaw, Twitter and our class page for what we have been up to!
